1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacement

We offer a 7-day return or replacement window starting from the date the product is delivered.

A return, replacement, or refund will be considered only if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Broken or not functional

  • Incorrect item received

  • Significantly different from what was described

  • Not up to acceptable quality standards upon delivery

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video and photos may be required as proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories and tags must be intact

Failure to provide proper evidence may result in the request being declined.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse return, replacement, or refund in the following cases:

  • Customer changes mind after delivery

  • Product ordered by mistake

  • Minor variations in color/design that occur due to lighting or display

  • Product used, damaged by customer, or missing packaging

  • Return request made after 7 days

  • Suspicious or fraudulent return behavior

  • Repeated return abuse from the same customer

Returns are meant for genuine issues only. This policy is designed to protect both customers and our business from misuse.

3. Return Approval Process

All return or refund requests go through a review process.

Steps:

  1. Customer submits request with order ID and proof

  2. Our team reviews within 2–3 business days

  3. If approved → replacement or refund issued

  4. If rejected → decision is final

We reserve the right to decide whether a case qualifies for:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • No refund

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

  • If replacement is not available, refund may be issued

Only one replacement per order is allowed.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Product is confirmed defective

  • Wrong item delivered

Refund method:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit (in some cases)

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees may be non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping

If return is approved:

  • We may arrange pickup

  • Or customer may be asked to ship product back

  • Return shipping instructions must be followed exactly

We are not responsible for items sent without approval.

7. Refusal of Returns

We reserve full rights to deny any return or refund request that does not meet policy criteria.
Our decision after review will be considered final.

This includes cases where:

  • Product is in proper condition

  • Issue is not verified

  • Customer intent appears to be misuse of return policy

8. Order Cancellation

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refusing delivery without valid reason may lead to account restrictions.
